I made these and they came out beautifully but I have to leave them in the refrigerator until I was ready to serve them because they became soft with the heat. I would try making them again and see if the results would be different. Thanks for the recipe it was great.

    Company loved it!

    Cathy Gaudet from Pictou, NS

Made this cheescake for the first time and took it to some friends, garnished with chocolate covered strawberries. Rave reviews, everyone loved it, not a crumb left. Next time I might substitute the chocolate with bittersweet and have a rasberry sauce with whipping cream for a garnish. It would make a beautiful presentation.

Okay, I admit I wasn't going to make brownies for a party we were giving because everyone brings them. I kept being drawn to these and I caved. Needless to say, VBB has given me another hit. These brownies were sinfully moist and definitely decedent. Everyone wanted the recipe and I told them to go you guys. I'm hoping they followed my advice.

    Amazing!

Caitlin Bergman from Salmon Arm, BC

I don't usually like cheesecake, and I don't usually like chocolate - but this was wonderful! It was easy, it looks nice, and I made it the day before without any problems! When I was cutting the squares, I found it much easier to use a very sharp knife warmed under water. If you're a lover of dark chocolate, this would probably taste wonderful substituted for the semisweet. Two thumbs way way up!

This is an excellent recipe. I made it as a cheescake rather that the triangles but it still turned out wonderful. I just cooked it at a slightly lower temperature for a little extra time to get the center nice and done. The chocolate swirls on the inside in some great chunks to please chocolate lovers :)
