As I have been unable to find the swirled morsels here in my hometown, I had to wait til my friend went over the border and brought me back a couple of packages from Buffalo. I love the combination of chocolate & peanut butter - but then, I love cheesecake, period! Thanks for this recipe - it is definitely a keeper.

Swirled Peanut Butter Chocolate Cheesecake Bars

SUSIE ANDREWS from EAST MOLINE, IL

I have made these bars a couple of times between Thanksgiving and Christmas. They are easy to make and a delight to eat. Everyone that tasted them wanted the recipe, so I sent them to the site. I did add about 1/4 cup more swirls than called for in the recipe. That made it a little more rich tasting, but not overpoweringly sweet.

    WOW

Brad Brown from Dry Ridge, KY

I really do not know what to say about this. I thought it was real rich and did not want to eat a lot of it but it just calls out and says try another piece of me. If you have great control try it, if not don't even think about it because you will have to eat more than one. I do think it could use a little more crust on the bottom though!
