This Tangy Mango Cooler will become the favorite drink at your next party. Be prepared to pass around the recipe.
- 1 can (11.5 fl. oz.) mango nectar, chilled
- 3/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
- 3 tablespoons dark rum
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 2 lime wedges, (optional)
COMBINE nectar, pineapple juice, rum and lime juice in small pitcher. Fill glasses with ice; top with nectar mixture. Serve with wedge of lime.
