Pumpkin made better
Just adds the right touch. Easy and everyone will enjoy it.
new, fun way to eat peanut butter
this is great. i love peanut butter, and the pumpkin adds a nice autumnal flavoring to it. i would, however, suggest adding cinnamon or nutmeg- I added some of both- to the pumpkin/PB mixture to 'sweeten' it up a little bit. also, the peanut butter to pumpkin ratio is a bit off- in my opinion, there should be slightly more peanut butter than pumpkin, or else the mushy pumpkin is a bit too overpowering. overall, though, a great, easy recipe!
We would of never thought of putting pumpkin in a peanut butter sandwich, but these were awesome.
Pumpkin Peanut Butter Sandwich
This recipe provided a unique twist on one of my favorite sandwiches (peanut butter, jelly, and banana), and I really enjoyed the combination of flavors. Delicious and nutritious!
