Toasted Almond Berry Chocolate Bark is delicious and easy to make. You'll really enjoy the rich, luscious chocolate flavors combined with nuts and dried berries. Perfect for an elegant entertaining flair or great as a special snack too.
- 2 bars (8 oz.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Dark Chocolate Baking Bar, broken into small pieces
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1/4 cup combined dried cranberries, blueberries and/or cherries
LINE 8-inch baking pan with wax paper.
MICROWAVE chocolate in small, dry, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 1 minute; STIR. Pieces may retain some of their original shape. If necessary, microwave at additional 10- to 15-second intervals, stirring just until melted.
POUR into prepared pan. Sprinkle with almonds and fruit. Tap pan several times to spread chocolate and settle almonds and fruit. Refrigrate for about 1 hour or until firm. Break into pieces. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
Recipe makes 1/2 pound bark.

THIS WAS A HIT WITH MY FAMILY. I SECOND TIME I MADE THIS I USED THE TIPS AND LEFT OUT THE BERRIES. (I WAS IN A MOOD TO EXPERIMENT.) I ADDED MINI MARSHMALLOWS, CHOCOLATE MORSELS, AND COCONUT. FANTASTIC! WE LOVE IT BOTH WAYS! THANKS FELLOW BAKERS.
