This tofu and vegetable soup makes a great first course to your Asian-themed dinner.
- 1 packet (1.97 oz.) MAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Tofu and Vegetable Soup Mix
- 4 cups water
- 1 large egg, beaten
COMBINE contents of packet and water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
REDUCE heat to low. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes.
STIR in egg. Remove from heat. Serve immediately.
