TOLL HOUSE® Mini Morsel Pancakes are homemade pancakes with delicious chocolate chips. What a treat for Sunday brunch or anytime!


  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup (6 oz.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, for sprinkling
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

COMBINE flour, morsels, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Combine milk, eggs, vegetable oil and brown sugar in medium bowl; add to flour mixture. Stir just until moistened; batter may be lumpy.

HEAT griddle or skillet over medium heat; brush lightly with vegetable oil. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto hot griddle; cook until bubbles begin to burst. Turn and cook about 1 minute longer or until golden. Repeat with remaining batter.

SPRINKLE with powdered sugar; top with strawberries.

Good morning starter

This is a good morning starter. I would say always top it with maple or fruit favor syrup. A little more milk is also a good idea since it is a little thick.

Very thick, much more like dough than batter. It's good but I'd put in much more milk, or much less flour. :)

Mini Morsel Pancakes

I am not a big fan when it comes to pancakes. The picture alone made me want to try this recipe. I used this recipe two weeks ago for a brunch that I hosted and the women loved it not to mention I also loved it. The recipe was easy and fun to make especially for my daughter whom I might add helped to make the pancakes as well as eat them.


Now I'm the best Mom!

My 7 year old (at that time) son flipped over these pancakes. For a while, I couldn't make any other kind. The recipe is very easy and the kids love it. Whenever he has company, I'm making mini morsel pancakes
