Top of the Stove Mac & Cheese

My laziness finally paid off! I usually cook with whole milk and didn't have any and didn't feel like going out to the store to get some. Then I remembered I had some carnation evap milk and found this website and wow! I made this for lunch and it was sooooo good!! Rich and creamy and delicious! And, very easy to prepare. I will definately make this again. I think even my grandson will perfer it over that boxed "orange" kind! Thank you Carnation!! I will be buying lots more evap milk!

quick mac-n-cheese

It's very good and VERY easy ... and ingredients you're most likely going to have on-hand ! I think I would add a little less cheese or a little more milk next time ... a little too gooey for me. But definitely a do-again !
