This salad was so good and so easy to make. It was a huge hit at my seafood night and very filling. You could have it as a main meal and I guarantee you will be satisfied.

    Excellent

I used this recipe for a work pot luck and got nothing but positive feedback. I have since been asked 3 times for the recipe. I have found if you use a litte minced garlic it flavors it right up!

    Fabulous!

    Michelle from Ft Lauderdale, FL

This was a great lunch! I love salads, but usually find them boring. The tortellini and the shrimp were a great mix! I also added some tomato and artichoke hearts. I will definately make this again and again!

    Great basis for improvisation

    Barbara Roberts from

The recipe as it stands is a little bland, but it opens itself up to lots of tailoring to your own taste: Add green onions; use thinly sliced red onion; use salad shrimp instead; use other varities of greens; use your imagination!

    WONDERFUL

    CHRYSANTHY ANDRUS from COLLEGEVILLE, PA

I ENJOYED THIS VERY MUCH, ALTHOUGH I SUBSTITUTED THE CEASER DRESSING FOR GREEK OIL AND VINEGAR DRESSING. IT TASTED GREAT, AND MY HUSBAND LOVED THE SHRIMP IDEA

    THE perfect lunch salad

Amber McKinstry from Mountain Brook, Alabama

WONDERFUL! A perfect light lunch with protein. The dressing is just the right touch and adds the perfect amount of spice. Great for luncheons and a quick meal.
