Quick, Easy and Delicious

My only changes were placing the egg mixture on top of tortilla chips, adding a bit of green chiles and serving with fresh fruit on the side!

my way

This was a great meal but i would rather use corn tortillas and fry them in some oil to make my own chips before you put them in the eggs. It makes it less mushy.

This was yummy!

I tried this on my family and they loved it. We liked them even more when we added some hearty refried beans to the side.

A friend I was visiting in OK served this for breakfast. It was so great that I had to come to the website to print the recipe. I will surely serve it myself!!
