    Very Berry Delicious

    Jeanne Porter from Huntertown, IN

We just finished drinking this wonderfully delicious drink and all agreed that we will be making it again. We used blackberries, raspberries and strawberries this time and plan to use the blueberries tomorrow. The rich, creamy texture, full flavor and cool taste was almost better than ice cream. We are looking forward to using a variety of berries to this refreshing drink.

I substitute plain non-fat yogurt. It cuts the calories, carbs and sugars. It is still smooth and creamy. The honey and berries make up for the lack of sugar in the yogurt.

I have made different smoothies before and my 13-year-old son never really liked any of them until I made the Triple-Berry Refresher. He absolutely loves it. I think the ingredient that made the difference was the low fat yogurt. It really made it creamy. My son has never hesitated to say yes when asked if he wanted a Triple-Berry Refresher. Thanks for the great idea.
