Truly Tangy Glazed Pork Chops are easy to prepare and make a great choice for entertaining or special family meals.
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 6 (2 1/2 pounds total) 3/4-inch-thick pork chops
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 MAGGI Beef Flavor Bouillon Cube
- 1 jar (10 ounces) ham glaze
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
HEAT oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown pork chops on both sides. Stir in onion, water and bouillon; reduce heat to low. Cover; cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until pork is cooked through. Stir in ham glaze and mustard; cook for 5 minutes.

I thought these were good. They aren't overly tangy, just a nice balance and something different to do to pork chops. Plus the best aout this recpe is that it is so easy cause I can barely cook and have been trying to get better at. This was something easy to follow and I alost had everything at home a;ready
