Love that this is quick to fix, then do other things while it bakes. Also, it was easy to clean-up. Only one dish, then out the door to the next game.

I made a few 'improvements. I added 2 tbsp of dijon mustard for additional flavor. I also topped with italian bread crumbs for a nice breaded crunch. Next time I will double the meat. Maybe half turkey and the other half ham. Seemed a little to much hash brown to meat ration.

This is an excellent dish to eat at home or for potluck. I add a dash of turmeric to the dish before baking for the zest and cholesterol lowering benefit. Sliced mushrooms are also a nice touch.

I tried this recipe for dinner tonight it was excellent, however I did change a few things In addition to the ingredients I also added a can of cream of celery and substituted frozen asparagus instead of broccoli. Next time I will brown it under the broile for a few mins to make the top a little crisper. This one is a keeper

I loved how simple & quick this was. I used ground turkey & fried up some chopped onions w/it. I thought it was a bit bland, next time I'll probably add a 2nd can of soup either a cream of mushroom or celery. Other than that the whole family raved about it.

    A little bland

Made this a couple weeks and found it to be a bit bland for my family. Perhaps the addition of onions and a sharper cheese would help? However, it was very easy to make.

my 13 yr old granddaughter and friend made this for company, it was excellent. They used 32 oz of hash browns in the square cut, and there was more than enough sauce without double the milk and soup. They added 4 oz of italian cheese also. There was only one cup leftover.
