    Just the right Umf!!!

    Jennifer from Orlando,FL

This was my first cheesecake and I brought it to a dinner party. Everyone loved it!!! Mine had a crack in the middle so I covered with the white morsels all over it. Which actually made very pretty. I read that you should leave it to cool in the oven so it won't crack. No one notice the crack and they loved. Everyone was shock. Delicious cheesecake recipe with a little extra umf!!! : ) God Bless you all and to him be the Glory forever.

    Tasty & Easy

    Melissa Sommers from DOYLESTOWN, OH

This recipe was a nice change of pace.... using white chocolate instead of regular chocolate chips. My husband prefers the white chocolate. We gave one of these as a gift and the family loved it. I found the recipe to be easy to follow and I had no trouble at all.

    SUSAN WHALIN from BIRMINGHAM, AL

I made this & brought it to work & people were just about fighting over it! I made it exactly as the recipe was written & it was fabulous. I had one co-worker offer to pay me to make it again! I declined the money but will definitely make it again, but I will probably have to make at least 2 of them to satisfy everyone.

    hmm...

devon claire flannery from GOLETA, CA

This cheesecake was good, but it didn't taste very white chocolate-y. Tasted like plain old cheesecake to me -- with a hint of white chocolate. Nice, but nothing special; although, I seem to be the only one who feels this way, from the likes of the reviews. Perhaps it was because I used a regular graham cracker crust (I didn't have any chocolate cream filled sandwhich cookies on me) that made it taste kind of "regular." I'll use more white chocolate chips and the chocolate cream filled sandwhich cookie crust next time.

    Easy and Delicious

    Judith Peake from SHREVEPORT, LA

I made this recipe for my friends and they loved it. I plan to make it again for a wedding next month, but I plan to use ginger snap cookies for the crust and white chocolate curls, and drizzle it with melted chocolate chips. Thank you for the recipe.

    A definite keeper.......

    Betty Janvier from

I wanted to make this for my son. But I didn't have white chocolate chips. Soooooo---- I used milk chocolate and peanut butter chips instead. I also used regular graham crackers for the crust since I also didn't have chocolate cookies. I sprinkled chips on the crust before pouring the batter in. This cheesecake came out so good! A definite keeper. I will be experimenting with this one again!!
