    Good but RICH

    SHANDRA DEAN from MONTGOMERY, TX

This was very good but VERY rich! I would chop the butterfinger hearts smaller than in 1/4's only because it leave very big chunks when chewing.

My favorite dessert is CHEESECAKE! I enjoy trying different recipes. Your Peanut butter cheesecake was outstanding. This Valentine cheesecake was easy to prepare, but nothing special in taste even with the Butterfingers inside.

    We enjoyed

    Carol Bedford from Mexico, MO

We enjoyed this recipe. It was after Valentine's Day so I could not use the hearts. I substituted mini butterfingers instead. That worked fine.

    S Hardesty from COSHOCTON, OH

A very good cheesecake! I made this 3x, and it received good reviews each time. I folded the chopped valentine hearts into the batter rather than laying them on crust to avoid a hard lump on the crust bottom. It turned out well. A favorite cheesecake recipe!
