- 1/4 cup fat free milk
- 1/4 cup (2 ounces) light whipped cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
COMBINE Carnation Breakfast Essentials Drink, milk, cream cheese and cinnamon in small bowl; whisk until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate for 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
