- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup Fat Free French Vanilla Flavor NESTLÉ COFFEE-MATE Liquid Coffee Creamer
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 7 large egg yolks, lightly beaten
- Ground cinnamon
COMBINE milk, Coffee-mate and cornstarch in large saucepan; whisk until well combined. Whisk in eggs until well combined. Heat mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches a gentle boil. Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat; pour into 6 individual dessert bowls. Let cool at room temperature. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Serve sprinkled with cinnamon.
