- 1 teaspoon finely chopped candied ginger or ginger syrup
- 2 shots (2 ounces) espresso
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Flavor NESTLÉ COFFEE-MATE NATURAL BLISS All-Natural Coffee Creamer
- 1/2 cup steamed lowfat milk
PLACE ginger in large mug or tall heatproof glass. Brew espresso over ginger; stir well. Stir in Coffee-mate; top with steamed milk.

Interesting, but wouldn't make again
It wasn't bad. If you really like the taste of ginger then you'll probably enjoy the extra flavor in your coffee. Candied ginger is a bit pricy so that took a star down, and I prefer my hot coffee drinks to be more easier to make, so that took one more star.
