Vanilla Nut Crème Brûlée is easy to make and will impress your guests. Try this for your next party.
- 2 cups Vanilla Nut Flavor NESTLÉ COFFEE-MATE Liquid Coffee Creamer
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 stick packs Vanilla NESCAFÉ TASTER'S CHOICE Gourmet Instant Coffee Beverage
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
PREHEAT oven to 300° F.
COMBINE Coffee-mate, milk, coffee granules and granulated sugar in medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes or until coffee is dissolved (do not boil). Remove from heat.
WHISK together eggs and egg yolks in medium bowl; gradually whisk into Coffee-mate mixture. Pour mixture into six 4-ounce custard cups. Place cups in 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Fill pan with hot water to 1-inch depth.
BAKE for 40 to 45 minutes or until custards are set in center. Remove from baking pan; cool on wire rack for 1 hour. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over top of each custard. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until sugar begins to melt. Refrigerate before serving.

This was a good dessert but the next time I make it I will be using my favorite bottled irish cream coffee drink to sub for the creamer and coffee in the recipe.
