I made this for a party. I was in such a hurry when preparing the dip that I thought it wasn't going to turn out right. Needless to say it was great. All party goers asked for the receipe. And, I was able to reduce the prep time to 10 minutes.

    Excellent!

I made this last night and it turned out really well! My friends we're impressed by the presentation and with the taste. I wasn't sure if the bread from the inside of the loaf would be enough for the dip, but it was. I put the bread chunks on a pan, sprinkled with parmesan, and diced tomates and baked them untill the bread was a little toasted. Very good!
