White Chocolate Caramel Latte Brûlée

Ingredients

3/4 cup 1% milk
2 tablespoons White Chocolate Caramel Latte Flavor NESTLÉ COFFEE-MATE Liquid Coffee Creamer
2 shots (2 ounces) espresso
1 teaspoon raw sugar

Directions

STEAM* milk and Coffee-mate together until 150 to 160° F. Brew espresso into cup; top with milk mixture and foam. Evenly cover the surface of foam with sugar. Using kitchen torch, brown the sugar (this can also be done in a preheated broiler).

* If you don’t have a milk steamer, you can simply heat the milk on the stove or in a microwave until it just barely reaches a boil. Whisk briskly with a wire whisk to create foam.
