The fresh flavors of basil and mozzarella cheese make this Tortellini "Caprese" dish an exciting and colorful center attraction to any meal. Substitute other meat or spicy sausage for an additional variation.

Ingredients

  • 1 package BUITONI Refrigerated Whole Wheat Three Cheese Tortellini (9 oz.)
  • 6 to 8 cooked shrimp (optional)
  • 3/4 cup diced yellow tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup diced red tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
