Winter & Spice...How Nice Drink

Ingredients

1 cup hot or steamed fat free milk
1 packet Classic French Vanilla or Rich Milk Chocolate Flavor CARNATION® BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS™ Complete Nutritional Drink
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cinnamon stick (optional)

 

Directions

PLACE milk, Carnation Breakfast Essentials Drink, ginger and cinnamon in large mug; stir well. Strain if desired.

VARIATIONS:
For Pumpkin Spiced Carnation Breakfast Essentials, substitute 1/2 teaspoon ground pumpkin pie spice or allspice for the ground ginger and ground cinnamon. Serve with cinnamon stick.

For Chai Spiced Carnation Breakfast Essentials, simply eliminate spices and add one chai tea bag to milk and Carnation Breakfast Essentials Drink. Steep for 2 minutes.
