Yummy Blueberry Loaf Cake

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Vanilla Flavor NESTLÉ COFFEE-MATE NATURAL BLISS All-Natural Coffee Creamer
2 cups fresh blueberries, coated with a small amount of all-purpose flour

 

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Grease 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.

BEAT butter and sugar in large mixer bowl. Add eggs and vanilla extract.

COMBINE flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl. Add flour mixture to butter mixture alternately with Coffee-mate. Fold in blueberries. Pour into prepared loaf pan.

BAKE for 50 to 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

COOL for 10 minutes; remove from pan.
