Ingredients:

  • BROWNIE CUPS
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
  • 3 packets (1 oz. each) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® CHOCO BAKE® Pre-Melted Unsweetened Chocolate Flavor
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • PEANUT BUTTER FILLING
  • 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 2 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

FOR BROWNIE CUPS:
PREHEAT
oven to 350° F. Lightly coat 12 mini muffin cups with cooking spray. (If 2 pans [24 cups] are available, coat cups with nonstick spray and prepare 2 pans at a time.)

MELT 1 1/2 cups morsels, butter and Choco Bake in medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until morsels are melted. Remove from heat. Stir in granulated sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating with a wooden spoon after each addition just until combined. Stir in 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract. Stir in flour just until combined. Spoon rounded tablespoon of batter into each prepared muffin cup, filling each about 3/4 full. Cover and refrigerate remaining batter while baking the first batches.

BAKE brownies for 12 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes in muffin cups on wire racks. Make an indentation into the top of each brownie with the handle of a wooden spoon. Remove brownies from muffin cups to cool completely on wire racks. Wipe out muffin cups; lightly coat with cooking spray and repeat with remaining batter, using a total of four 12-cup pans.

FOR PEANUT BUTTER FILLING:
BEAT
peanut butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract in medium mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Transfer mixture to a resealable plastic bag. Seal bag; snip off a small corner. Pipe peanut butter mixture into the indentation in each brownie.

FOR DRIZZLE:
PLACE
remaining 1/2 cup morsels in small, havy-duty plastic bag. Microwave on HIGH (100%) power for 30 to 45 seconds; knead. Cut a tiny corner from bag and drizzle over tops of bonbons. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

There you go with that Chocolate and Peanut Butter stuff! I just cannot pass it up, or not make the recipe. I love it, but have to bring to work for the others to help me, or I would eat the whole thing. DELICIOUS!!!!!

Angela Rohde from VALLEY CITY, ND

Wow! These are awesome! That's the remark most heard when people try these. I do have a tip to make it easier to get them out of the pan. Loosen the brownie BEFORE you poke the hole for the filling after you cool them. That way they don't fall apart when you try to get them out. I also use my cake decorator to put the filling in. It's not as messy as the bag. We really love these and everyone wants the recipe.

These bonbons were surprising good. I had a little difficulty with baking them so I was very surprised at how good they were. I don't do much complicated baking so they were just a bit of a challenge for me. I'm glad I tried though because as I said they tasted great!

I made these today to take to a family birthday party for three of our grandchildren. The bonbons didn't make it through the aunts and uncles and they were gone. The birthday kids didn't even get to try one. Grandpa had eaten five before I could get the rest hidden to take to the party! Needlest to say they are a GREAT HIT with our family!! A new family tradition! Thanks!!

    Good.

    Lacy Pokharel from

I made these for a party. Everyone said that they were good. I however, did not like the peanut butter filling the best. I was expecting a denser filling and more peanut taste. I added more powdered sugar and more peanut butter, and was more satisfied with the filling after doing so. The brownie part was great though!

Couldn't believe how easy this was to fix. I took them to a church function and there wasn't any left. You just can't beat chocolate and peanut butter together. I did use cupcake liners and it worked great. Will be making this again.

This recipe says it for intermediate bakers but I thought it was very easy. The ease of the baking is nothing to the rave reviews it got from friends, family and co-workers. It's hard to describe chocolate deliciousness with a peanut butter cloud but there it is. I will be making these again!!

These are delicious once they are finished. I had a really hard time removing the brownies from the muffin tins because they kept falling apart. I tried baking them a little longer. I let them cool longer and nothing seemed to work. I put the remaining batter in the fridge as directed and that didn't help either. I didn't use cooking spray on the last batch and that helped a little. The brownie batter is almost like fudge so it melts easily.

Yummy Brownie Peanut Butter Bonbons

Ingredients

  • BROWNIE CUPS
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
  • 3 packets (1 oz. each) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® CHOCO BAKE® Pre-Melted Unsweetened Chocolate Flavor
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • PEANUT BUTTER FILLING
  • 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 2 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
