Yummy Fruit Smoothie is cold and creamy and perfect to quench your thirst on a hot summer day.
- 3 cups assorted fresh fruit (such as bananas, strawberries, mango, papaya, pineapple, etc.) *
- 1 can (12 fl. oz.) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk, chilled
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
PLACE fruit, evaporated milk and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Taste; add sugar if needed.
* NOTE: 3 cups cut-up frozen, unsweetened fruit or canned fruit can be substituted for fresh fruit. If using frozen fruit, thaw slightly and cut into smaller pieces. Crushed ice may not be needed. For canned fruit, drain and reserve juice or syrup. Substitute juice or syrup for sugar, if needed.
