- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 3 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 package (9 ounces) BUITONI Refrigerated Fettuccine (9 oz.), prepared according to package directions
- 1/3 cup (about 1 1/2 ounces) BUITONI Refrigerated Freshly Shredded Romano Cheese

I made this for my husband and I. It was ok, but kind of bland. However, it would be good with chicken and some sauce. The noodles were just too dry, even after adding extra oil.
So very easy and very tasty, not to mention quick!
We all loved this recipe. I added more olive oil because I like my food a little on the moister side. I held off on the red peppers until after I gave my kids theirs (they are young and hot is not for them). I then added the red peppers for the adults. I also grated a lot of the fresh cheese on everyone's plates. Oh my gosh for such a simple meal and it so flavorful! Enjoy!
Easy and quick
You have to LOVE garlic for this recipe. I didn't add as much garlic and it was mmmmm good and fast! Easy for a college student, like myself, to make!
I used mini penne pasta, zucchini, and added some salt and pepper, plus loads of fresh parmesan reggiano. Excellent! You can do a lot with this recipe idea, depending upon what you have in the pantry. Makes a nice fresh dish and a light but filling meal with garlic bread.
I can't get enough of this!
I found this to not only be fast and easy to prepare but extremely good in taste! In fact I have made it 3 times now since finding it last month...I just can't get enough. It's light and delicious. I add a bit more cheese and garlic, but it's great either way. My hubby likes it almost as much as I do which is thrilling because he is a very picky eater! Here's one the whole family will enjoy!
