Pasta and Vegetable Stew
Pasta and Vegetable Stew features cheese tortellini and mixed vegetables in a marinara sauce. Ready in less than 30 minutes, this is one dish the whole family will love.
- 1 package BUITONI Refrigerated Three Cheese Tortellini (9 oz.), prepared according to package directions
- 1 container BUITONI Refrigerated Marinara Sauce (15 oz.)
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon MAGGI Instant Chicken Flavor Bouillon
- 1 package (16 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables

COOK for 10 to 12 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in prepared pasta; heat through.

I thought this was good and easy. I think it could use more marinara, just my personal prefrence. I had to add more sauce to the left overs the next day. I would make this again.
This is an excellent recipe! It's quick and easy to make. I've made it several times, and I've used a different mix of vegetables each time. No matter which vegies you use, it's always very tasty. It's a good hearty meal. I highly recommend it.
This is so simple and so delicious! Made a terrific lunch along side a tossed green salad. Next time, just for variety, I will add chicken and mushrooms.
THIS IS SUCH AN EASY RECIPE. HOWEVER, I DON'T LIKE THE FROZEN MIXED VEGGIES SO I SLICED SOME CARROTS, ZUCCHINI AND A BAG OF FROZEN CORN. IT IS ALSO VERY EASY TO DOUBLE AND TRIPLE THIS RECIPE.
This dish was absolutly wonderful. Very easy to prepare great after a long day at work. My family enjoyed it very much.
